Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Kohlrabi (300 grams, preferably with greens intact)
- 0.5 Daikon radish (about 200 grams)
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- pink peppercorns (for garnish)
- In addition: Ice cubes
Instruction
- Peel kohlrabi and cut into chunks.
- Separate the smallest, tenderest leaves from the kohlrabi. Rinse, shake dry and set aside.
- Rinse radish, peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into chunks.
- Using a juicer, extract juice from kohlrabi and radish. Fill a glass with ice cubes and add a pinch of salt. Pour juice over ice and garnish with reserved kohlrabi leaves and peppercorns. Serve immediately.
