Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Kohlrabi (300 grams, preferably with greens intact)
  • 0.5 Daikon radish (about 200 grams)
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • pink peppercorns (for garnish)
  • In addition: Ice cubes

Instruction

  • Peel kohlrabi and cut into chunks.
  • Separate the smallest, tenderest leaves from the kohlrabi. Rinse, shake dry and set aside.
  • Rinse radish, peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into chunks.
  • Using a juicer, extract juice from kohlrabi and radish. Fill a glass with ice cubes and add a pinch of salt. Pour juice over ice and garnish with reserved kohlrabi leaves and peppercorns. Serve immediately.
