  • 1/3 cup (80g) tahini
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt
  • 1 cup (240g) plain yogurt (preferably not Greek yogurt)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • big pinch cayenne pepper or hot red pepper powder
