  • Oil (or ghee to shallow fry)

  • 4 cup Milk (+ 1 cup extra)
  • 1 ½ cup Sugar (+ 4 to 5 tbsp)
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ tsp Green Cardamom Powder (+ 1/4 tsp)
  • Saffron (Few Strands)
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Pistachios (sliced)
  • 2 tsp Almonds (sliced)
