Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 3 kiwis
- 300 gram white grapes
- 1/4 lemon
- 300 ml full fat milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instruction
- You will need the following cooking equipment:: Blender, Tablespoon, Cutting board with groove, Knife, Sieve (optional), 2 large glasses
- SLICE the kiwis in two and remove the fruit flesh using a tablespoon. SLICE a lemon in 4 pieces and remove fruit flesh from 1/4th.
- WASH white grapes, then remove each grape from the twigs. OPTIONALLY blend the grapes beforehand to prevent the smoothie from having bits of grape. RUN the blended grapes through a sieve. Kiwi and grape smoothie
- ADD all ingredients into the blender. PUREE until smooth, then divide over the 2 large glasses. GARNISH with a thin slice of kiwi on the edge of the glasses. Enjoy!
