- 1 head lacinato kale, stems removed and roughly chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 (14- ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
