  • 3 broccoli stalks, cut into small florets (about 3 cups)
  • 1 head lacinato kale, stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 (14- ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
