Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz firm tofu ((about 250g) cut into cubes)
- 4 Tablespoon honey
- 2 Tablespoon Korean hot pepper paste (Gochujang or to taste)
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup kimchi (chopped)
- 2 green onions (cut into one-inch pieces)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instruction
- Line the fryer basket with parchment paper and place the tofu cubes inside the basket without stacking. Spray the surface of the tofu with some oil and air fry at 400F (200C) for 10 minutes, flipping once in the middle.
- In the meantime, in a saucepan, saute the minced garlic with sesame oil. Then, add honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and kimchi into the sauce to the pan and bring to boil, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens a bit.
- When the tofu is done, toss the tofu in the sauce along with the green onion for about a minute. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the tofu to serve.
