Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 pints grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 bunch green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 5 large basil leaves (chiffoned)
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground thyme
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Instruction

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Gently toss until all of the ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Cover the mixing bowl tightly with cling wrap. Let it sit out, at room, temperature, for 2 hours while the tomatoes marinate.
  • Serve & enjoy!
  • Cover & store leftover salad in the refrigerator. It can be served chilled, or sat on the counter and brought to warm temperature before hand.
