Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cucumber (peeled and diced small)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Mix cucumber and 1 teaspoon salt in small bowl; cover and chill 3 hours.
  • In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, dill and garlic. Squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible from cucumber and salt mixture. Stir cucumber into yogurt.
  • Season with pepper and additional salt if needed.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
