Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 box brown rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- grated or minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- grated
- 1 cup edamame
- beans removed from pod
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instruction
- Prepare rice to package directions
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant
- Toss in edamame and cook for just a minute
- Fold in rice and flavor with soy sauce to taste
