Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 box brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • grated or minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • grated
  • 1 cup edamame
  • beans removed from pod
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instruction

  • Prepare rice to package directions
  • In a large pan, heat sesame oil
  • Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant
  • Toss in edamame and cook for just a minute
  • Fold in rice and flavor with soy sauce to taste
