Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 ounces of Elbow Macaroni
- 2 ribs Celery (finely minced)
- 1/4 cup Carrots (thinly diced (very thin!))
- 1 tablespoon Onion (minced)
- 1/3 cup Sweet Pickles (diced)
- 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (We always use Duke's)
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain again. Set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Fold mixture into macaroni. Toss to combine.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until chilled.
