Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces of Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 ribs Celery (finely minced)
  • 1/4 cup Carrots (thinly diced (very thin!))
  • 1 tablespoon Onion (minced)
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Pickles (diced)
  • 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (We always use Duke's)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain again. Set aside.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Fold mixture into macaroni. Toss to combine.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until chilled.
