Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons, key lime yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons key lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon grated key lime rind
- strawberries, washed and hulled
- kiwi, peeled and sliced
- pineapple chunks, canned and drained
- 2 tablespoons key lime juice
Instruction
- In a small bowl with an electric mixer on high, beat cream cheese, yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract until creamy. Stir in lime rind.
- Cover and refrigerate one hour. Dip will keep for 2 days refrigerated.
- Thread whole strawberries, pineapple chunks and sliced kiwi on skewers.
- Drizzle with key lime juice.
- Serve Key Lime Fruit Dip with Fruit Kabobs and Graham crackers
