The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Instruction
- In a microwave safe bowl melt and stir Mozzarella, about 90 seconds on highest setting.
- Mix in the almond flour, salt, paprika and Greek yogurt.
- Roll the dough out between two layers of parchment paper.
- Pick a height for the tortilla chips and divide the dough up to such height.
- Make the triangles. A pizza cutter can come handy here.
- Place the keto tortilla chips triangles into the middle rack of a 360°F / 180°C preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until the desired color is achieved.
