Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Instruction

  • In a microwave safe bowl melt and stir Mozzarella, about 90 seconds on highest setting.
  • Mix in the almond flour, salt, paprika and Greek yogurt.
  • Roll the dough out between two layers of parchment paper.
  • Pick a height for the tortilla chips and divide the dough up to such height.
  • Make the triangles. A pizza cutter can come handy here.
  • Place the keto tortilla chips triangles into the middle rack of a 360°F / 180°C preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes or until the desired color is achieved.
