Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds Chicken Thighs
  • 1 recipe Keto Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instruction

  • Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and add half a cup of the Keto Teriyaki Sauce and the sesame oil. Place in the fridge and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  • Place the marinated chicken into a roasting tray.
  • Roast for 25-35 minutes, basting with more of the sauce halfway through.
  • Serve the chicken sprinkled with the scallion and sesame seeds, and with a side of cauliflower rice.
