The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds Chicken Thighs
- 1 recipe Keto Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instruction
- Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and add half a cup of the Keto Teriyaki Sauce and the sesame oil. Place in the fridge and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
- Place the marinated chicken into a roasting tray.
- Roast for 25-35 minutes, basting with more of the sauce halfway through.
- Serve the chicken sprinkled with the scallion and sesame seeds, and with a side of cauliflower rice.
