Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, seeds removed and diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced ((optional))
  • 1 can black olives, drained and sliced ((14.5 oz can))
  • 1 can fire roasted crushed tomatoes ((14.5 oz can))
  • 1 can green chiles ((4-5 oz can))
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • chopped cilantro
  • avocado
  • shredded cheese ((omit for Whole30 & strict Paleo))

Instruction

  • To make the seasoning, add all seasoning ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix. 
  • Prep onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno (optional) and olives as noted.
