Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- ½ cup Coconut flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ cup Monk Fruit (-see post for details and alternatives)
- ½ cup Butter (-see post for alternatives)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350. Prep a square baking pan with parchment paper that overhangs the sides for the pan. In a medium bowl, use a whisk or a fork to blend together the almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder. Next, in a mixing bowl, beat together the monk fruit and butter until combined. Then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake the blondies until they begin to turn golden, about 23-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the blondies to cool before lifting them out of the pan using the overhanging parchment and cutting into squares.
