- 1/2 cup puréed fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- For the Frosting
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup puréed fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Swerve confectioners
- Optional: 2 tablespoons finely ground freeze dried strawberries (see notes)
