Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cauliflower head (riced)
- 1 cabbage (sliced)
- 2 cups fresh tomatoes (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef stock
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Place the ground beef, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.
- Top everything with dried oregano and parsley; season everything generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and beef stock, and give everything a stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
