Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cauliflower head (riced)
  • 1 cabbage (sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Place the ground beef, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.
  • Top everything with dried oregano and parsley; season everything generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Pour in the tomato sauce and beef stock, and give everything a stir.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
