Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 small Red Pepper (diced)
  • 7 ounces Tomato Passata
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Sukrin Gold
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper (ground)
  • 6 Keto Burger Buns (to serve)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Place a large saucepan over high heat and add the oil, onion and salt. Saute for 3-5 minutes until the onion has turned translucent.
  • Add the ground beef saute while breaking up, until browned.
  • Add the remaining ingredients (except the buns and cheddar) and mix well.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until it is thick and saucy.
  • Serve on a toasted Keto Burger Bun, topped with cheddar cheese.
