Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 small Onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 small Red Pepper (diced)
- 7 ounces Tomato Passata
- ¼ cup Sugar-Free Tomato Ketchup
- 1 ½ tablespoon Sukrin Gold
- 1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 ½ tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
- ½ teaspoon Pepper (ground)
- 6 Keto Burger Buns (to serve)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- Place a large saucepan over high heat and add the oil, onion and salt. Saute for 3-5 minutes until the onion has turned translucent.
- Add the ground beef saute while breaking up, until browned.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except the buns and cheddar) and mix well.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until it is thick and saucy.
- Serve on a toasted Keto Burger Bun, topped with cheddar cheese.
