The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 16 oz mushrooms (stems removed)
- 16 oz ground sausage
- 4 oz shredded cheddar
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400. Place the mushroom caps on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Combine the filling ingredients and divide between the mushrooms.
- Bake for 25 minutes until the sausage is cooked through.
