Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 16 oz mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 16 oz ground sausage
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400. Place the mushroom caps on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Combine the filling ingredients and divide between the mushrooms.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until the sausage is cooked through.
