Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream ((use coconut cream for dairy free))
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 to 2 tbsp salted caramel collagen ((see recipe notes for alternative))
  • Powdered or liquid sweetener to taste
  • Lightly sweetened whipped cream ((optional))
  • sugar-free caramel sauce ((optional))

Instruction

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the almond or hemp milk and the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cocoa powder and collagen to a blender. Pour in the hot milk and blend until frothy. Taste and adjust for sweetness.
  • Top with lightly sweetened whipped cream and some homemade caramel sauce to take it over the top!
