Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or hemp milk
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream ((use coconut cream for dairy free))
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 to 2 tbsp salted caramel collagen ((see recipe notes for alternative))
- Powdered or liquid sweetener to taste
- Lightly sweetened whipped cream ((optional))
- sugar-free caramel sauce ((optional))
Instruction
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the almond or hemp milk and the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cocoa powder and collagen to a blender. Pour in the hot milk and blend until frothy. Taste and adjust for sweetness.
- Top with lightly sweetened whipped cream and some homemade caramel sauce to take it over the top!
