Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce  (plus extra to drizzle on top)
  • 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners

Instruction

  • Whip the heavy cream in a bowl to soft peaks.  In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and whip using a hand mixer.
  • Add in the salted caramel and continue mixing.  Then mix in the whip cream and then add in the swerve confectioners.  Mix until well combined.
  • Chill in the fridge or freezer for about 10 minutes, then serve with a drizzle of salted caramel over the top.
