Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 100 g double cream
- 1-2 tsp rose water
- 3-4 drops pink food colouring (optional)
- 150 g raspberries (diced small)
- 2 TB Swerve® sweetener (confectioners)
Instruction
- Combine all the ingredients and mix until fully combined. Adjust the amount of rose water and food colouring (if using) to your preference.
- Pour the mixture into 6 ice lolly moulds (100ml / 3.4 fl. oz) in capacity. (You may have some mixture leftover.) Click the lid/stick in place of each one, and place in the freezer overnight.
- Transfer the popsicles to the fridge 30 minutes before eating or simply run hot water on the outside of the mould to make it easier to slide out.
