Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp almond flour (37g)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2.65 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (75 g / 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp)
  • 1.5 tbsp butter (20g, softened)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener (40g, up to 1/2 cup (80g) if you like things sweet)
  • 1/3 cup fresh raspberries (45g)
  • optional: freeze dried raspberry powder

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 180C / 160C fan / 350F.
