The following ingredients have 22 Servings
- 7 ounces Almond Flour
- 2 ounces Swerve Brown
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice Mix
- 3-5 drops Liquid Pumpkin Spice
- 4 ounces Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 1 large Egg
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 160C/340F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, sukrin gold and pumpkin spice mix. Mix well.
- Add the pumpkin essence, butter and egg. Mix into a sticky dough.
- Use a #40/medium cookie scoop (approximately 1 ½ tablespoonto scoop the dough onto the cookie sheets. Press the dough into a disc shape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are firm.
- Leave to cool for 20 minutes before enjoying.
