Ingredients

The following ingredients have 22 Servings
  • 7 ounces Almond Flour
  • 2 ounces Swerve Brown
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Spice Mix
  • 3-5 drops Liquid Pumpkin Spice
  • 4 ounces Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 large Egg

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 160C/340F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, sukrin gold and pumpkin spice mix. Mix well.
  • Add the pumpkin essence, butter and egg. Mix into a sticky dough.
  • Use a #40/medium cookie scoop (approximately 1 ½ tablespoonto scoop the dough onto the cookie sheets. Press the dough into a disc shape.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are firm.
  • Leave to cool for 20 minutes before enjoying.
