Ingredients

The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 1 cup cocoa powder (fair trade)
  • 1 cup avocado oil (or MCT oil)
  • 1/2 cup Lakanto Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener

Instruction

  • In small-medium size saucepan whisk together cocoa and oil. Add low-carb sweetener (or maple syrup or honey), whisking again.
  • Over medium heat, whisk chocolate until warm, about two minutes. Do not simmer or over-heat.
  • Serve or keep in fridge until ready to use. The chocolate sauce will stay pourable but may need to be whisked or shaken before serving after sitting in fridge.
