The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 1 cup cocoa powder (fair trade)
- 1 cup avocado oil (or MCT oil)
- 1/2 cup Lakanto Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener
Instruction
- In small-medium size saucepan whisk together cocoa and oil. Add low-carb sweetener (or maple syrup or honey), whisking again.
- Over medium heat, whisk chocolate until warm, about two minutes. Do not simmer or over-heat.
- Serve or keep in fridge until ready to use. The chocolate sauce will stay pourable but may need to be whisked or shaken before serving after sitting in fridge.
