Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey (or ground chicken, about 250g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)

Instruction

  • Mix the ground turkey with Korean BBQ sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • On parchment paper form the ground meat mixture into a thin circular patty about 7-8 inches in diameter. Air fry at 320F (160C) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping once until the meat is fully cooked.
  • Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the meat crust, put the pepperoni on top. Pus the fryer basket back in and let the cheese melt for about 1 minute inside the air fryer unit. Then, air fry at 400F (200C) for about 3-4 minutes.
  • When done, sprinkle some parsley and red pepper flakes over the pizza to serve (optional).
