Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 3 cups fine almond flour
- 8 ounces unsalted butter
- 1 cup Swerve (confectioner's sugar style)
- 3 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instruction
- Mix all the ingredients for the bars together and spread into an 8-inch pan. Press and smooth the layer.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat if needed.
- Spread the chocolate topping on top of the bars.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours, or until the bars are easy to cut.
