Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 3 cups fine almond flour
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Swerve (confectioner's sugar style)
  • 3 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Mix all the ingredients for the bars together and spread into an 8-inch pan. Press and smooth the layer.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat if needed.
  • Spread the chocolate topping on top of the bars.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours, or until the bars are easy to cut.
