Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ounce kale, (chopped)
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ¼ cup egg white protein powder
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla stevia
- 1-2 cups ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instruction
- Place kale and coconut milk in a vitamix
- Blend on high speed for 60 seconds, until smooth
- Blend in hemp, egg white protein, peppermint, and stevia for 30 seconds
- Blend in ice
- When shake is thick and smooth, blend in chocolate chips
- Serve
