Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese (powdered)
- 2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Oregano (dried)
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper (ground)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Keto Marinara Sauce
- 4 Keto Sub Rolls
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef, parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire, oregano, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well.
- Roll the mix into 16 meatballs.
- Place a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil and the meatballs. Cook the meatballs until they are browned and cooked through.
- Add the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
- Preheat your broiler.
- Slice your sub rolls 80% of the way through and place on a baking pan lined with parchment.
- Place 4 meatballs onto each sub with sauce, reserving about ¼ cup of sauce.
- Top the sub with mozzarella cheese.
- Broil until the cheese has melted.
- Top the subs with the reserved sauce and enjoy!
