Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup salted butter
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small garlic
- ½ tsp salt ((add more according to your liking))
Instruction
- Clean and cut cauliflower into small pieces. Put them in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, pierce the film then cook in the microwave for 10 minutes. Do not cool.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook just until fragrant for about 30 seconds, stirring often.
- Carefully put the cooked cauliflower, garlic butter, salt, and cream cheese in a food processor. Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth. You may need to work in multiple batches depending on the size of your food processor.
