- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- ⅔ cup water
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin (unsweetened kind)
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ⅔ cup cauliflower (finely chopped)
- 1 cup zucchini squash (diced)
- ⅔ cup grated cheddar cheese (optional (omit for paleo & whole30))
- ½ of an avocado (chopped)
- 3 tbsp sour cream (optional or can use homemade paleo dairy-free sour cream)
