Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- ½ Red Onion
- 4 ounces Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Instruction
- Halve the cucumber and cut into slices, add to a large mixing bowl.
- Deseed and dice the peppers and add to the bowl.
- Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.
- Dice the feta cheese and add to the bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
