Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives (pitted)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Instruction

  • Halve the cucumber and cut into slices, add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Deseed and dice the peppers and add to the bowl.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and add to the bowl.
  • Dice the feta cheese and add to the bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
