The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 260 grams blanched almond flour (2 1/4 cups)
  • 28 grams coconut flour (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup Swerve granulated Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup avocado oi (or 1/2 cup unsalted butter)
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 grams sour cream (4 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon Swerve confectioner's sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
