Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups super fine almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Brown
  • 2-4 tablespoons Swerve confectioners
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients, (with only 2 tablespoons of the Swerve confectioners), except the chocolate chips to a mixing bowl. Taste the dough, it might be sweet enough for you already, and if not, you can add more of the Swerve confectioners to get your desired level of sweetness.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and form into little balls using a small cookie scoop.
  • Chill in the fridge to allow it to firm up and enjoy! You can snack on these, or you can use in Cookie Dough Ice Cream!
