Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa (see note)
- 1/2 cup Lakanto Baking Sweetener (see note)
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter (or butter flavored coconut oil)
- 5 large eggs
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
- Mix sweetener, coconut flour, cocoa, sweetener, and chocolate chips in large bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in dry mix until smooth.
- Spread into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven until desired doneness is reached.
