Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa (see note)
  • 1/2 cup Lakanto Baking Sweetener (see note)
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (or butter flavored coconut oil)
  • 5 large eggs

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
  • Mix sweetener, coconut flour, cocoa, sweetener, and chocolate chips in large bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in dry mix until smooth.
  • Spread into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes in the preheated oven until desired doneness is reached.
