Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan (shredded)
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • himalayan salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl combine coconut flour with xanthan gum.
  • Mix beaten eggs, melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper in a separate bowl and whisk in coconut flour with xanthan gum.
  • Add shredded mozzarella, parmesan and stir well.
  • With 2 teaspoons scoop the mixture and form small balls.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
