Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 tbsp parmesan (shredded)
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- himalayan salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl combine coconut flour with xanthan gum.
- Mix beaten eggs, melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper in a separate bowl and whisk in coconut flour with xanthan gum.
- Add shredded mozzarella, parmesan and stir well.
- With 2 teaspoons scoop the mixture and form small balls.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
