Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder (gluten-free )
- pinch salt
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 4 slices bacon (cooked)
- 4 tsp mayonnaise
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 300 F.
- In a bowl beat egg yolks with cream cheese, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Add egg yolks mixture to the beaten egg whites and mix gently until smooth.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
- Spoon the batter onto baking tray to make 8 circular batters and bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool for several minutes.
- Spread half of baked cloud breads with mayo, top with sliced avocado, bacon slice, close the sandwich with another cloud bread and enjoy!
