Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Butter
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons Swerve confectioners sugar
Instruction
- In a small sauce pan, melt the cocoa powder, cocoa butter, Swerve and ghee.
- Whisk well to combine and when fully melted turn off heat and stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour into candy molds and freeze until solid - about an hour.
- Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
