Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Butter
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve confectioners sugar

Instruction

  • In a small sauce pan, melt the cocoa powder, cocoa butter, Swerve and ghee.
  • Whisk well to combine and when fully melted turn off heat and stir in peppermint extract.
  • Pour into candy molds and freeze until solid - about an hour.
  • Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
