Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups chicken breast (330g, cooked and chopped)
  • 3 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Paleo Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instruction

  • Cut the cooked chicken breast into pieces, and then finely chop the red onion and celery.
  • Add them to a bowl along with the paleo mayonnaise, black pepper, almond and lemon juice, mix well.
  • Taste your keto chicken salad and adjust the salt and pepper seasoning if needed.
