Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups chicken breast (330g, cooked and chopped)
- 3 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp celery (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Paleo Mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instruction
- Cut the cooked chicken breast into pieces, and then finely chop the red onion and celery.
- Add them to a bowl along with the paleo mayonnaise, black pepper, almond and lemon juice, mix well.
- Taste your keto chicken salad and adjust the salt and pepper seasoning if needed.
