Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red onion (minced)
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, dijon mustard, garlic salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl and whisk till well combined.
- In the same bowl, add in the chicken, celery, red onion and walnuts over the top.
- Mix well till everything is combined and the chicken is coated.
- Serve over a salad, add to a lettuce wrap with slices of fresh tomato or eat in a sandwich using Keto Drop Biscuits or your favorite Keto friendly bread.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
