Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red onion (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, dijon mustard, garlic salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl and whisk till well combined.
  • In the same bowl, add in the chicken, celery, red onion and walnuts over the top.
  • Mix well till everything is combined and the chicken is coated.
  • Serve over a salad, add to a lettuce wrap with slices of fresh tomato or eat in a sandwich using Keto Drop Biscuits or your favorite Keto friendly bread.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
