Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles (rinse and drained)
  • 1 tablespoon Salted Butter
  • 1/3 cup Chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, onion powder, parsley, and salt and pepper, until combined. Set aside.
  • Preheat your grill/broiler to high heat.
  • Place a medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add the noodles and dry-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are steaming.
  • Add the butter, followed by the shredded chicken. Cook for 2 minutes, whilst stirring, then push the mixture into an even layer across the bottom of the pan.
  • Pour over the egg mixture and swirl your pan to evenly spread the egg around.
  • Sprinkle over the cheese and place your omelette under the grill/broiler until the cheese has melted and is golden.
  • Slide your omelette onto a plate and enjoy it hot!
