Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles (rinse and drained)
- 1 tablespoon Salted Butter
- 1/3 cup Chicken (cooked and shredded)
- 1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instruction
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, onion powder, parsley, and salt and pepper, until combined. Set aside.
- Preheat your grill/broiler to high heat.
- Place a medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add the noodles and dry-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are steaming.
- Add the butter, followed by the shredded chicken. Cook for 2 minutes, whilst stirring, then push the mixture into an even layer across the bottom of the pan.
- Pour over the egg mixture and swirl your pan to evenly spread the egg around.
- Sprinkle over the cheese and place your omelette under the grill/broiler until the cheese has melted and is golden.
- Slide your omelette onto a plate and enjoy it hot!
