Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup keto breadcrumbs
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400-F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, parmesan cheese, keto breadcrumbs, egg, oil, fresh parsley, and seasonings.
  • Mix with your hands to combine.
  • Using a scoop or large spoon, roll small balls about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve with tomato sauce and fresh basil, or other favorite low-carb and keto dishes.
