The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup keto breadcrumbs
- 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400-F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, parmesan cheese, keto breadcrumbs, egg, oil, fresh parsley, and seasonings.
- Mix with your hands to combine.
- Using a scoop or large spoon, roll small balls about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with tomato sauce and fresh basil, or other favorite low-carb and keto dishes.
