Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 10 pieces, cut into strips)
- 1 red pepper ( seeded and sliced into small strips)
- 1 large onion ( peeled and sliced into small strips)
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 2 tsp salt (***)
- 2 tbsp oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Toss all the ingredients together on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are roasted.
- Serve with your favorite fajita toppings!
