Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • ⅓ cup Ham (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Chives (finely chopped)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter (melted)

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 160C/320F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix together.
  • Add the cheddar, ham and chives. Mix well.
  • Add the eggs and butter and mix into a sticky dough.
  • Place a sheet of parchment onto your bench and press the dough into a 9in wide disc. Cut like a pizza into 12 triangles.
  • Gently move each of the triangles onto your cookie sheet, leaving a little room between each. You may need to use a thin icing spatula to help.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned and firm to the touch.
  • Leave to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
