Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- ⅓ cup Ham (diced)
- 2 tablespoons Chives (finely chopped)
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Salted Butter (melted)
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 160C/320F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix together.
- Add the cheddar, ham and chives. Mix well.
- Add the eggs and butter and mix into a sticky dough.
- Place a sheet of parchment onto your bench and press the dough into a 9in wide disc. Cut like a pizza into 12 triangles.
- Gently move each of the triangles onto your cookie sheet, leaving a little room between each. You may need to use a thin icing spatula to help.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned and firm to the touch.
- Leave to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
