Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 3 pounds boneless pork roast (cut into smaller pieces if desired)
  • 2/3 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Low Carb Brown Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice

Instruction

  • Slice pork into smaller pieces if desired. Mix remaining ingredients in a large zipper bag. Place pork into bag and marinate for at least 5 hours (overnight is best).
  • Roast pork at 275°F until an internal temperature of 185°F is reached.
