  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons  Oat Fiber  (see notes)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 18 sliced uncured pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon  parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 2 ounces tomato paste (mixed with water to thin it out)
