Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
  • 7 ounces Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Finely shred the cabbage using a food processor (a mandolin or sharp knife can also be used).
  • Add the eggs, salt, and pepper to a large bowl and whisk together.
  • Add the cabbage and mix well.
  • Place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
  • Divide the cabbage mixture into 6 piles, press gently to flatten.
  • Saute for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crunchy.
  • Serve hot!
