Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sweetener (Click here to see my favorite on Amazon)
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instruction

  • Add the butter to a large bowl and mix using an electric mixer.
  • Beat the butter on the medium speed for 3 minutes until butter is lighter in color.
  • Alternatively, you can use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
  • Add in the powdered sweetner and mix on low speed for one minute.
  • Then, increase the speed to medium and continue mixing for another minute or two.
  • Add in the heavy cream, vanilla extract and salt.
  • Continue to mix using medium speed until the frosting is all combined.
  • Will frost about a dozen cupcakes.
