Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Cup Powdered Sweetener (Click here to see my favorite on Amazon)
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of salt
Instruction
- Add the butter to a large bowl and mix using an electric mixer.
- Beat the butter on the medium speed for 3 minutes until butter is lighter in color.
- Alternatively, you can use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
- Add in the powdered sweetner and mix on low speed for one minute.
- Then, increase the speed to medium and continue mixing for another minute or two.
- Add in the heavy cream, vanilla extract and salt.
- Continue to mix using medium speed until the frosting is all combined.
- Will frost about a dozen cupcakes.
