  • 24 ounces bulk chicken sausage or ground chicken ((casings removed if sold as links))
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (can substitute regular milk)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese (or more, if desired)
