Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (see recipe here)
  • 6 ounces of mascarpone cheese (softened (or cream cheese))
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing

Instruction

  • Heat a saucepan to medium and melt the butter.  Add in the heavy cream. Then the mascarpone cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in the shredded cheddar.
  • Then whisk in the buffalo sauce. And finally, whisk in the blue cheese dressing.  Mix until well combined and smooth. Remove from the heat.
  • It's ready to serve with your favorite veggie or protein!
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for a few days in an airtight jar or freeze.  Reheating is easy either stove top or in the microwave.  Add a tiny bit of hot water, whisk and it will return to it's original velvety texture!
